Polly Green is a London-based singer-songwriter. Her musical journey began when she earned herself a scholarship to the Chetham's School of Music at 17, studying singing, piano & oboe. Immersed in a vibrant atmosphere of music, culture, and creativity, Polly's passion flourished, paving the way for her subsequent classical training in voice at Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London. With every single, she aims to experiment with different soundscapes, unlocking different chapters of her life through music. Inspired by the writing of Birdy, Kate Bush, Yebba, Aurora, and many more, through singing, playing and writing, Polly wishes to give voice to so many females who might feel resonance with her words. During dark times tears are often an outlet for people to release emotions and reflect, but Polly also finds and wants to enable the release of others by finding these emotions mirrored in harmonies of the piano and voice, fuelling new music.

“Love, heartbreak and nostalgic memories are universal things I long to hear in songs and are difficult to capture in an original way where the dissonant crunch of harmonies mirror the same anguish and poignance; I hope to create a portal through my music to reflect other people’s problems so that they can recognise themselves and maybe reach some consolation or even resolution."
